You can control the statuses flow.
As mentioned, when the user changes the QA or Dev status the other status is changed respectively to set the reaction between both statuses select
System>Statuses Flow...




A dialog will open




To change how the QA statuses will change in reaction to changes in the Dev statuses, select
'Map Dev Status' option.
This will show all the Dev statuses in the 'Source status' column and their corresponding QA statuses in the 'Target statuses' column.
You can then configure to which QA status the task will be set whenever a certain Dev status is selected.
To set how the Dev status is changed in reaction to QA status changes, select the 'Map QA status' option and use the same method.
