Sending Inner Mails

InTask supports sending short messages between clients regarding a task by using the built-in inner mail system.
To send a mail regarding a task:
            1. Set the focus on the desired task
            2. Click on the 'Mail' tab
            3. Click on the 'new' button
            4. Fill in the target user, subject and message body and press 'OK'

The message will be record on behalf of your task and you can always see it in the task 'Mail' tab.
The target user will get a pop-up balloon message indicating that he has a new unread message and the 'Open messages' counter in the status bar will increase by one.
A message sent is always in the status of 'Open' until the target user is closing it.
To see all the inner mail with no relation to a specific task click the 'Manage inner mail' toolbar button.
By doing so, the inner mail form will open letting you see your 'Inbox', 'Outbox' or all the messages.
You can then, change the messages status or edit their body text. To also see the closed messages, check the 'Show closed messages' checkbox.
